Possibility to add sequence of Actions and/or override Do Not Disturb?

I am getting crazy about the different thingsi'm reading about (Samsung) Do Not Disturb. It seems like apps nowadays aren't able to override DND.
I've tried defining channels, various kind of settings, but nothing is really providing me the solution, besides defining a sequence of actions where action 1 is: disable DND on the phone.

What i'm looking for:

1. Some kind of option to disable DND first, in this case on a Phone (possible through the notify service)
2. Defining a sequence of actions within notifications.

I've already coded notifications with ttl: 0 and priority: high (also tried all kind of channel and stream settings). But when my phone is in DND and the screen has been off for a couple of hours (like, when i'm sleeping) the notifications don't play sound/vibrate anymore.

Is there any solution to this?
