Recurring (yearly) date selection.

I just wanted to ask if there's a possibility to avoid using a date picker and instead select recurring yearly dates?
I'm looking for something like this for my pool pump. In the winter months, it operates at different times from 01.10 – 31.05 (9AM - 1PM and 4PM - 6PM, and in the summer months, from 01.06 – 30.09, it has different operating times (8AM - 2PM and 4PM - 6PM). But it could be changed these hours.

Currently, with the date picker, it needs to be adjusted annually.
It would be really convenient if this could automatically recur yearly.
