Mod Setting to disable various sections of the manager

It would be awesome to have a mod setting to disable the station tab or the trains tabs. I am currently playing the PyAE mod pack and when I accidently click on the station with 1,371 stations it takes about 10 min before the system responds again. It would be nice to avoid this. Another possible suggestion is to just load the first 50 stations and have more or a drop down to limit the amount of stations / trains depending on the tab.
