How to build MadEdit-Mod.txt

Requirements
============
* Install developing tools gcc, gcc-c++, gdb, gtk+2/gtk+3, gettext, automake,
  autoconf, aclocal, git, make and rpm-build if you want a rpm package

* Install gtk+2-devel/gtk+3-devel, gettext-devel

* copy wxwin.m4 to usr/share/acloXXX/ or Install wxGTK-devel

* Install wx-common for ubuntu

Compile wxWidgets and boost_python
============
* Get wxWidgets 3.1.0 and boost 1.60
* Get latest code from sourceforge
  git clone git://git.code.sf.net/p/madedit-mod/code madedit-mod

* Static build of wxWidgets 3.1.0 with builtin png and zlib
./configure --enable-unicode --disable-shared --with-libpng=builtin --with-zlib=builtin --with-expat=builtin --with-gtk3=yes --with-libiconv=no

* Static build of boost_python with minipython
  ./bootstrap.sh
  ./bjam --user-config=user-config.jam --with-python python-debugging=off threading=multi variant=release link=static runtime-link=static stage
  Sample jam

    using python : 2.7 :

    : /home/gli/madedit-mod/minipython/Include

    : /home/gli/madedit-mod/minipython/lib

    : <python-debugging>off ;

Compile MadEdi-Mod from source code
============
* Compile madedit-mod by configure or packaging script
  configure --with-boost=${HOME}/boost_1_60_0 --with-wxdir=${HOME}/wxWidgets-3.1.0

  Or

  cd packaging/rpm && makerpm.sh
