Hi!

On the webpage and in the markdown file the stated version of the SemVerDoc schema is v1.2.1 while the download is labeled as nils-tekampe-semverdoc-1.0.1-24-g0519ac1.zip. I would recommend to change it to always reflect the version given in the markdown source.
