Update ALB module to get the log bucket name from variable #273

Why

Currently, we set the "fixed" bucket name for the ALB log. This won't work if we change the name of that bucket in S3 module

infrastructure-templates/templates/addons/aws/modules/alb/main.tf

bucket = "${var.env_namespace}-alb-log"
