Update dashboard more frequently

Because we currently update the dashboard with new cases and events only once we have made predictions for them, it can take quite some time between a new event/case arrived and it is acknowledged in the dashboard. As a consequence. for bigger logs, like BPI 2017, we can notice that replayer has sent out more events than are shown in the dashboard.

We need to investigate the possibility of updating the dashboard as soon as we received new events (the prediction result columns can be blank until we calculate the actual prediction, but at least the numbers at the top are up to date)
