Link to Cotributing guide not working

The link in the README.md in the Contributing section just redirects one to docs.github.com

This isn't a complicated fix. But with what should link be changend or does the guide still exist just under a diiferent url? (I couldn't find it).

(This is my first ever issue. I hope it is okay. I found this while trying to make my first contribution to a open source project, this project. It would be nice if this could be my first solve(created a pull request). English isn't my first language so I apologize for any spelling/grammar mistakes)
