bug: services.nexcloud-client doesn't follow theming

Issue description

I have the nextcloud-client service setup as followed:

# Use the nextcloud client
services.nextcloud-client = {
  enable = false;
  package = pkgs.nextcloud-client;
  startInBackground = false;
};

However it doesn't follow the theming I have setup as well as the icons I selected. When I run nextcloud-client manually, I do get the correct theme and icons.
