Pry-debugger won't install on MRI 2.1.0-preview2

On MRI 2.1.0-preview2, doing 'gem install pry-debugger' gives:

ERROR:  Error installing pry-debugger:
        ERROR: Failed to build gem native extension.
    /home/mydir/.rbenv/versions/2.1.0-preview2/bin/ruby extconf.rb
Ruby version 2.1.0 is not supported.

OK - so it says right there that 2.1.0 is not supported. But it should be! :-)

Using MRI 2.0.0+? Use pry-byebug.
