Add `vinxi run` stop args "--" #356

Please add a stop-args (--) so arguments after the stop-arg like -h are available to the typescript file and not processed by vinxi.

$ vinxi run dotenvx-keypair.ts -- mycommand -h
Run a script in the Vinxi app (vinxi run v0.4.1)                                                                                                                                                        8:02:25 AM

USAGE vinxi run [OPTIONS] <SCRIPT>

ARGUMENTS

  SCRIPT    Script to run    

OPTIONS

  --port    Port to listen on (default: 3000)
