I've tested it with clean conf and no other scripts, also tried (per CLI suggestion = "[cplayer] Warning: property 'vo-drop-frame-count' was replaced with 'frame-drop-count' and might be removed in the future.") with frame-drop-count instead of vo-drop-frame-count, but doesn't change stutter.

OSX 10.11.6
mpv 0.27.0
