On a gnu system (platform conda), there is a warning about a missing Include directory.

f951: Warning: Nonexistent include directory ‘/incmod/nemsio’ [-Wmissing-include-dirs]

When I look this up in the code

it seems ${LIBDIR} is not defined (but what does it have to do with includes ...?)
I cannot find any physical evidence of an incmod directory nor nemsio
