Summary*
This PR adds the
nargo backendsubcommand. All the commands related to dynamic backends are going to be stored under this.This PR in particular creates the
nargo backend lscommand which lists all of the directories in~/.nargo/backends. The user can then pass one of these names tonargo backend useto switch to that backend.I've hidden the
nargo backendcommand for the meantime as we build out dynamic backends.Documentation
This PR requires documentation updates when merged.
