QPS support

Hi!

Is there any option to set QPS (queries per second) limits for number of requests sent to API servers?
I didn't found anything in the kopf docs, but maybe there is a way to set limits.
Yesterday an operator implemented using kopf killed api-server while reconciling. It would be great if we could limit number of traffic it generates.
Usually golang-based tools expose 2 parameters - qps and burst - which let the administrator to limit the traffic.
