The short-term roadmap is this:

• Milestone 29 (presumably 0.29.0): automatic resource & namespace discovery, partial resource specs, namespace globs. See Observe the cluster at runtime, support namespace globs & partial resource specs #600 (functional already, but unstable).
• Milestone 30 (0.30.0 or 1.30.0): admission hooks, validation and mutation handlers.
