Zoomed Drag causes transform to stick

Bug description

If you drag the image off screen and release you can see the container transform will stick and any mouse movement causes the image to continue to move and resize as well.

Expected Behavior

Image to reset and for transform not to stick.

Actual Behavior

Image continues to move and resize with mouse movement even while click is released.
