No longer able to package up multiple folders in React build

I have a react component library that has both a lib and experimental folder that I want to package up together in the final build. In an older version of Nx I used the code below to make things happen.
However, with the current local project.json configuration, I can't figure out how to do the equivalent.

Any suggestions?

But when I try to run it I get the following
