For V3 currently the download icon next to HIRS Attestation CA Certificate label on the Trust Chain Management portal page will download the ACA's leaf CA. While this is useful it will not be sufficient to validate the any ACA produced certificate. It should download the Certificate Chain (Root, intermediate, and all leaf certificates).
