Platform Class display fix

The Platform Certificate Detials Page has a "Platform Class" Line that is showing the ascii value of the platform Class. The hexidecimal value is defined by
the TCG Registry-of-Reserved-TPM-2.0-Handles-and-Localities in whcih a lookup of table 14 can be done to use a string for that line. Example "PC Client".
