Hi,
Please help me to understand how far you setup the environment.
In the compute nodes,
[1] setup pacemaker cluster and check whether its work fine.
[2] Install the masakari-hostmonitor, instancemonitor, and at the end processmonitor.
In your last comment "I don't know how to configure the cib", I guess you need info for how do [1].
If you are familiar with chef, you may refer to chef recipes on,
https://github.com/ntt-sic/masakari-deploy/blob/master/cookbooks/pacemaker/recipes/default.rb
And config files of corosync can be found in,
https://github.com/ntt-sic/masakari-deploy/tree/master/cookbooks/pacemaker/templates/default

If you are not familiar with chef, I can give provide some guide to how to setup and configure the cib.
