[Issue] More Actions 與其它選項一樣在未完成上傳前都不顯示

Description

相片在未上傳時 , Capture Detail 右上角的選單已經顯示「More Actions」, 導致點擊 list in CaptureClub 一直出現錯誤訊息無法完成

Expected Behavior

• Expected: 因該跟其他選項一樣在未完成上傳前都不顯示, 上傳後才顯示

Actual Behavior

• Actual: 一拍完照就跟刪除相片選項一起出現在選單中

Environment

• Version : 0.42.0
• OS: Android , iOS
• Device: all test device
