I have deployed my flask server as a bridge on Heroku that I'm trying to use as a communication bridge between a master EA and multiple slave EAs. This is working if it's on the same system but when I try to connect to the Heroku deployed URL, the connection is not being established.

Can you describe more what is running where? The server should listen on open ports but sounds like you might have a firewall blocking incoming requests instead.
