mouse tracking on notepad++

I found that when I open a text in notepad++ and use mouse to read it, the screen reader speack different row than the row where the mouse is pointing,
usually it read the 3rd row below the position of mouse.
this problem do not appears using windows notepad or akelpad on any text file on any computer

Maybe related: Issue #4703, #8295 and #8563. I guess it has something to do with Scintilla.
