Windows 11 Can't compile

Hello, I am using Windows 11 and upon trying to export I get an error saying that it failed due to PySide2.QtNetwork.QNetworkReply.NetworkError.Unknown.Network Error. I've tried installing it, uninstalling and reinstalling it, and trying to run it with the internet both connected and disconnected but alas I always get the error.
