[BUG] 第三方依赖必须放置在公共目录

当前的第三方依赖，比如libevent，比如放在一些公共目录，比如/usr/local下。如果把libevent装到其它地方，那编译时就会找不到头文件和链接库。

在Cmake 文件中增加find_package(Libevent)并增加link_directories、link_libraries等。需要几个依赖都做类似处理。
