Confirm behavior on existing entities in repository

Check the behavior is as follows for existing entities in a repository:

• Any extra attributes are simply ignored (but continue to be stored)

This will ensure that we can:

• Retype effectively between super and subtypes, without losing information
• Retrieve entities stored with older version of typedefs (with attributes that have since been moved up the hierarchy) without causing problems
