Unable to create consultation when bed is mentioned for a admission patient

Describe the bug

Where are not able to create a patient consultation with bed number assigned to the patient, there is a something went wrong error is being thrown

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a new patient consultation with assigned bed
2. See error

Expected behavior

• update the cypress test to check the condition
• modify the backend condition to check the issue
