Resource limits of running task

Hi,
Can funnel able set limits for the memory and CPU of a task (e.g. start the task container with --memory and --cpu options) based on the resources values of the task, or does it leave this up to the cluster manager (e.g. PBS, SLURM, AWS Batch?)
