Update went well for me on a UPI libvirt environment. Only issue I have is something with the service-ca pod:
Need to spend some time digging into that. Could be environment if no one else is hitting it. |

Is the upgrade to 4.9.0-0.okd-2022-02-12-140851 revoked? The upgrade channel is "stable-4". It seems, version 4.9.0-0.okd-2022-02-12-140851 is listed in https://amd64.origin.releases.ci.openshift.org/graph
