Right now, there are a huge number of different repositories which must be registered with barkeep, but we don't even know how many there are.
We need a way to get a list of all repositories currently registered with barkeep - a list off the top of my head would include ooyala, hadoop, analytics, backlot, sas, personalization, monitoring, internal_tools, pathological, ots, vendor and sandbox. Presumably there are more I don't know about....

What's the purpose/use case here? You tagged this with 'user experience', so that makes me think you want a proper UI for it. Is this something that every user should be able to easily check?
I ask because I could add this to the completely rough and unstyled admin page (http://barkeep/admin) in about 5 minutes. But maybe you had a more complete feature in mind.
It doesn't need to be a good, extensive or complex UI. The important thing is being able to get a list of names. But anybody should be able to get at least the basic list of names.
Think of a new hire - it would be really, really nice to be able to see what repos exist. Or when you're doing something with a new team.
