On http://getbarkeep.org/#gettingStarted, click on url link text live Barkeep demo, and you see a 404 not found page. This page does not exist.

This leads me to believe this project is no longer being maintained even thought there was a commit 23 days ago.

The Live Demo link is also broken on the homepage. I almost gave up considering the project since the broken link made it appear the project was dead.
