I don't see any license declared for this, and no license file. Can one be decided on and added to the repository?

A correction, it is mentioned in the package.json, but no license file or mention in the README.md.

In addition full compliance with the license requires more than just a copy of the license in the repository. It also means a copy of the license with all downloaded copies like npm and yarn installs.
