Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is currently no support in the collector to receiver Oracle DB metrics. This request is to support querying an Oracle DB instance to generate metrics.
Describe the solution you'd like
The solution would to simply add another driver to the existing sqlqueryreceiver.
Describe alternatives you've considered
The possibility of having a dedicated oracledb receiver was contemplated, but it doesn't make sense for this use case. It would be a lot of extra overhead to create a separate receiver from the sqlquery receiver when the existing receiver does exactly what this use case needs. A separate receiver might make sense for other use cases, such as getting metrics from the Oracle DB instance itself, but not for query-generated metrics.
