  • Refactor layouts/index.redirects in preparation for more work, and to introduce reusable partials - Refactor layouts/index.redirects #4900
  • Move OTel-spec specific rules into the OTel spec index page
  • Fix the languages redirect rules so that they use the most recent canonical links
