https://opencitations.net/datasets mentions the following formats: Citation data (CSV, ntriples, Scholix?), Provenance data (CSV, ntriples).
https://opencitations.net/model explains the ntriples format.

Could you please also describe

the Scholix format. Looking at http://www.scholix.org/schema, I guess it is this JSON schema https://zenodo.org/record/6351557 ?
the separation between Citation and Provenance data
