Describe the bug:
The code cov portal displays upload errors even though the file is present there and can be downloaded. The coverage data is also not correctly displayed.

Expected behaviour:
There should not be any errors for upload and coverage data should be displayed properly.

Steps to reproduce the bug:
Check the GA workflows for unit (both upload error and coverage data missing) and integration tests ( only upload errors)

Anything else we need to know?:
Also, the date part in the file name does not resolve correctly. Suggest to fix that as well.
