That would be great to have a full/ docker-setup to ease participation.

You can eventually take inspiration at robotoff setup (but we do not use poetry here, and it would be overkill maybe).

I started working on this, because this week-end I upgraded to ubuntu 22.04 that ships with python 3.10 and I was unable to install the project in a virtual env (some lib do not have binary versions for python3.10 at the version we set).
