Apply taxonomy to data if not coherent

Taxonomy might be more recent than what's written in data.

As we want to take into account the hierarchical aspects of data (and adapt the loss to take it into account), it is important that our data is coherent with that.

Add a preprocessing step on data to add parent categories from taxonomy that are not in the example of the dataset.
