Add 3 top level links in the Settings
Nutri-Score - https://world.openfoodfacts.org/nutriscore
Eco-Score - https://world.openfoodfacts.org/ecoscore
NOVA Groups - https://world.openfoodfacts.org/nova
This is a quicker fix than the native explanations in Add a good, playful and interactive Nutri-Score explainer #3983 and Add a good, playful and interactive Eco-Score explainer #3982
We can have the icon of the middle score to help visually (Eco-Score B, Nutri-Score B, NOVA 4)
