Add comments for fellow reviewers on any record

We can do this using our existing software (Spotfire) by right clicking on any record. Perhaps we can re-purposing the query module to help us do this... especially since the query module isn't "hooked up" to communicate with the EDC. I'd envision another drop down on the left that specifies the audience of the query. Perhaps with potential options being:

• EDC (sites)
• DM Users
• Medical Monitor Users
• App Admin
