Grant project access to data in the UKRR table

The "Long-term complications after SARS-CoV-2 infection in relation to dialysis and kidney transplantation" project has been granted access to data in the UKRR table.¹ At present, data in this table are not available in ehrQL (opensafely-core/ehrql#2114). When they are, we should add the ehrQL table to RESTRICTED_DATASETS:
