Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Workspace is used to isolate saved objects, but there are some special objects that should be global objects, like advanced settings.

Describe the solution you'd like

Handling global objects as it is, and prevent global objects being created insideWorkspace.

Describe alternatives you've considered
