Decorate the existing APIs with proper annotations

Describe the solution you'd like
The natural starting point is org.opensearch.plugins.* that by definition should be public and available to 3rd party developers (I suspect the footprint will be huge).

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

all these code had been added in my phone and i cant do anything to solve it..if any of kind and brilliant person can help me to uncode all the bug i really appreaciate it.
