Is your feature request related to a problem?

The spark-20 and spark-30 workflows to build and test take a long time and from an initial analysis looks like they are running 4000+ tests. Need to investigate if all these tests are required and how to speed up testing. The time is not only limited to Github but also to local development.

What solution would you like?

Reducing the amount of time it takes to build and test spark-20 and spark-30.

What alternatives have you considered?

Alternative is to leave it as is. But this hinders rapid development.
