This PR is patching all levels of vulnerabilities on the packages used.

optimistpackage (deprecated package) is added here as atheodependency for the time being untiltheohas merged the fix salesforce-ux/theo#217The
build-styleguidein the automatic release is also removed since the travis script is already running it once.
