[CLOSED] Existing values are not being retrieved to pre-populate fields

In Admin > Advanced > Services > Captive Portal, form fields are not prepopulated with existing values, leading to validation errors on submit.

Check the uci get requests in controller/commotion-splash/splash.lua view/commotion-splash/splash_settings.htm to see that they're being applied correctly.

These changes should be added to the dispatcher-error branch and submitted with #23 and #25.

Seems to be only on first use. After one submission, (at least some of) the values populate correctly. Possible incompatibility between basic splash config and advanced splash config.

This has been fixed by opentechinstitute/luci-commotion-splash#26 and related pull requests.
