LTO clang builds can't booting after reboot.

Clang LTO build with buildin zfs module compiles well, but no booting anymore.

@osevan please follow the Issue report template to provide the context. On top on information there we'd need a confirmation that the kernel without OpenZFS support boots well.

@osevan are you on aarch64 by chance? I outlined the same experience here, even after getting past the compilation errors it would not boot. I have, however, booted clang+LTO ZFS builds on x86 recently with success
