StackExchange has some obsolete ZIMs.

We need to delete:

(reported in #838 and #1017)

We also have many files which moved from one lang (zh, en, es, ...) to mul due to the 2.1.0 release in April 2024, which came with the fix for openzim/sotoki#259

Since this has been forgotten / not handled, we need to delete or archive all these files which are duplicate book of a mostly identical but older book with mul instead of original language:
