youzim-it is pending my requests too long !

fo three days, I have requested many websites and urls nothing happen. I didn't get any active request for once.

I don't know what is the problem? could you please tell me the solution for this issue ?

Unfortunately zimit.kiwix.org is gaining a lot of attraction currently, and our resources are limited, especially since this is provided as a free service. We also experienced recently some issues which blocked the pipe for some time, and our monitoring wasn't sufficient to detect that.

We process the tasks in order of arrival, 3 at a time, so your turn will come, please be patient.

Submitting multiple requests does not help at all since it just increases the amount of workloads we have to process (but you are not the only one, so don't be ashamed).

Current lead time (i.e. oldest tasks in the pipe) is 30 days.

We have pending issues to enhance the current situation: #32 and #28 and #33, but unfortunately it is not feasible to find resources to implement them right now on our side.

thank you so much for your detailed explanation, I didn't mean that I have requested many websites literally. I was just trying two websites more than once. I thought I had a problem with my system. I like youzim it for being something easy and simple to create some zims. so I really hope everything goes well with you.
